Order Processing and Shipping Notification

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please expect 2-3 weeks for processing and production. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is being processed. Please note that, due to supply chain issues, order processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information. You can also log in to homedecoravenue.shop to see the status of your order. Fulfilled orders should show “Fulfilled” in the Fulfillment Status. Clicking into the order will display the tracking information for each item on the order.

Receiving

Your carrier will contact you once your shipment arrives at your local hub to schedule a delivery date.

Inspect Immediately Before Signing for Merchandise

  1. Visible Damage:

    • It is your responsibility to note any damage on all copies of the freight bill, and it must be signed by the delivery person.
  2. Concealed Damage:

    • A. Keep the carton and packing material.
    • B. Call the carrier within 72 hours of delivery and request an inspection.
    • C. Do not remove the item from the premises before an inspection is made.
    • D. Retain a copy of the inspection report.
  3. For any warranty issues, please go to the Warranty Claim section on homedecoravenue.shop. Fill in your claim information (receipt copy, pictures of damages, and contact info). We will process your claim within 72 hours.
